Boys Will Be Boys...

So I was sitting in Lance's split level house in the living room doing homework yesterday. None of the boys were in the house, they had all ventured outside, despite the drizzling rain, which is not uncommon in that house. I heard Lance's exhaust start up on his jeep, and a few minutes later I hear my brother's voice call out "ASHLEY!".... so i walked out side onto the deck to see what he was hollerin at me for, and this is what I discovered:

That's Lance's white jeep and CJ's red Jeep.

I don't know if you can see it or not but CJ is smiling so big.

They do stuff like this for fun. hahah.

I'm thinking he and Lance get along pretty well...

In the same vein of thought with Jeeps and boys....

Lance and his roomie Mitch (who i adore) were out driving in a snow storm in Provo late at night. I can't remember exactly what happened, but somehow they ended up like this:

k it looks way worse than it was. They were telling me that it was all in super slow motion when it was happening. No one got hurt, and there werent other people around... the Jeep didn't even get a scratch on it.

Good thing the boys were wearing their seatbelts. Lance told me that when they tipped over he was kind of dangling in his seat... so what was the logical thing to do? Unbuckle it, of course. Poor Mitch got the full 190 lbs of Lance all at once with out warning.

In the Jeep community, they have this (dumb, illogical but secretly i think it's fun) thing called a Jeep wave... every time a Jeep passes a fellow brother they wave. It's like a right of passage. So of course, a Jeeper who happened to be driving by the tipped over mess, helped pull them out of it.

This is what I get to have every day - such a manly man who thinks stuff like this is so exciting. Hahaha. It's okay, I secretly like it.

Awesome! Crazy boys and their toys! The Harley Brotherhood has the same wave thing, but it's a special wave. I know what you mean, I secretly love it too. Glad you can read my blog, some good midnight reading for you when you can't sleep.
